What’s inside

Two questions every wedding vendor asks. Two tools that answer them.

Packages & Pricing answers “what should I charge?” Your Brain answers “am I actually okay?” They share your settings, so a package you price shows up in the health check without retyping.

Price a package so it pays you

Every package carries its hours and your business’s running costs. The margin you see is what’s left after you’ve paid yourself for the time. Three tiers come pre-filled: cost floor, sustainable, growth.

The fix, in one sentence

Signed bookings can’t be repriced, so the answer is always about the open dates: how many to fill, or what to charge on the next one.

Packages & Pricing

Your hours are the biggest cost in the business. Price them like it.

Most pricing advice ignores the editing week after the wedding day. Wedding Brain counts every hour at the rate you choose, spreads the business’s fixed costs across the weddings you can realistically do, and grades every package and quote against that.

  • Three tiers pre-filled for every package: cost floor, sustainable, growth
  • Quotes with travel, destination costs, outsourcing and discounts, each shown as its own line
  • “What if fewer weddings land?” shows how the margin moves at 75% and 50% of your capacity

Your Brain

Nothing to type. Your numbers are loaded for you.

Send us your bookkeeping export and your wedding software export once a month. We load them, and your page fills itself: what you’ve kept, what’s booked, deposits you’re holding, and what you can safely pay yourself. Two business days from the files arriving.

  • Studio Ninja payments export read directly; other software added the first time we see a real file
  • Six questions at onboarding, answered once: capacity, hours, pay, delivery cost, tax, what you do
  • Australian context beside your numbers: season, averages for your craft, the GST threshold

How it works

Set up in an afternoon. Fifteen minutes a month after that.

Built around one real wedding business first, then checked against every number we could find on the Australian wedding industry.

1

Answer six questions

How many weddings you can do a year, how long one takes, what you want to pay yourself, what a wedding costs to deliver, your tax set-aside, and what you do. We can take them on a call.

2

Build your packages

Enter the hours and the price you charge today. Each package is graded on the spot, and a sustainable price is suggested if yours is short.

3

Send two files a month

Your bookkeeping export and your wedding software export. We load them. Your Brain updates. You read it on your phone.

Pricing

One subscription. Both tools.

No setup fee, because there’s nothing to set up. Cancel anytime and your dashboard goes read-only; your data stays.

Questions

The ones we get asked first.

Is this accounting software?

No. It doesn’t replace Xero, Rounded or your bookkeeper. It reads what they produce and tells you what it means for you: what to charge, what you’ve kept, what’s booked, and what you can pay yourself.

Do I have to type my numbers in every month?

No. You send two exports a month and we load them within two business days. The only typing is six answers at onboarding, and you can give those on a call.

Which wedding software does it read?

Studio Ninja’s payments export today. Dubsado, HoneyBook, Pixieset and VSCO Workspace get added the first time a customer sends us a real export, so we never guess at a format.

Is the tax figure advice?

No. It’s a set-aside at the percentage you choose, with your accountant’s input. The GST threshold is the ATO’s $75,000 rolling turnover rule, shown so you see it coming.

Who sees my figures?

You. Your data is isolated to your account. Mitch sees the upload preview when loading your files and nothing else by default.

What happens if I cancel?

Your dashboard goes read-only at the end of the period. Nothing is deleted, and you can rejoin any time.
