These terms cover your use of Wedding Brain, the pricing and quoting tool at weddingbrain.com.au. By creating an account you agree to them. If something here doesn’t sit right, email us before you sign up — we’d rather sort it out than have it be a surprise later.
What Wedding Brain is
Wedding Brain is a calculator: you tell it your costs, your income goals, and your package details, and it works out pricing, margins, and tax set-asides based on the figures you give it. It is a planning tool, not a person. It does not know your full financial situation, and it is not a substitute for an accountant, bookkeeper, or financial adviser. The numbers it shows you are only as accurate as what you type in, and the tax and superannuation figures are general guides, not lodged advice — check anything that matters with a qualified professional before you rely on it.
Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your login secure. One account is meant for one business owner (or their own multiple businesses) — not for sharing logins across separate businesses.
Subscription and payment
Access to Wedding Brain is a paid subscription, billed and managed through Shopify. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are handled on Shopify at checkout — those terms apply alongside these ones. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, we may restrict access to the app while keeping your data intact for a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your data
The figures you enter — your costs, packages, and quotes — are yours. We store them to run the tool for you and don’t use them for anything else; see our Privacy Policy for the detail. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
Acceptable use
Use Wedding Brain for your own wedding business. Don’t try to break into another customer’s account or data, resell access, or use the tool in a way that disrupts it for other customers.
No guarantee, limited liability
We built Wedding Brain carefully and test the maths behind it, but we can’t guarantee it’s free of errors or that following its output will produce a particular business outcome. To the extent the law allows, Wedding Brain isn’t liable for business decisions made using the tool, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any consumer guarantee that can’t lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. For significant changes we’ll email you; the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
